Machine Gun Kelly knows how to put on a show.
The rocker “Bloody Valentine”, who closed the “Mainstream Sellout” tour in his hometown of Cleveland on Saturday, rustled the length of an entire football field.
“It was his idea and it was executed in less than 24 hours,” a source close to the musician told Vidak For Congress after his performance at FirstEnergy Stadium.
“The zipline was set up that day to take him from the top of the Browns stadium across 50,000 fans to the other side of the field,” the insider explained.
“He announced to the audience that he was told he couldn’t until a few hours before the show,” the source added. “It was an exciting moment from every angle, as you can see from the many videos circulating.”
“til I die,” the 32-year-old MGK wrote in a video of the wild stunt, which he shared on Instagram on Sunday.
The clip showed him ziplining in orange pants and a black tank top above a crowd of cheering Ohio fans.
Elsewhere in the show, he brought in his friends Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker, who joined the tour against a prescription after a “life-threatening” bout of pancreatitis in late June.
“Against his doctor’s orders AND with a broken thumb, I convinced @travisbarker to join us for the past few days 🤘,” MGK wrote on Instagram ahead of his last few shows.
The Blink-182 drummer’s wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was one of thousands in attendance in Cleveland, watching the show backstage.
The “Kardashians” star also revealed that she is embracing the “tour woman” moniker, as she shared a series of snaps from the road with Barker.
“Time for drum practice,” she captioned a post, in which she sat on her husband’s lap while he drummed.
“Favorite time of day 🖤,” Barker noted, before sharing a similar video on his feed.
