Maitland Ward has shared in her new all-encompassing book about a frosty exchange with her former co-star, Danielle Fishel.
The former “Boy Meets World” actress wrote in her new memoir “Rated X: How Porn Liberated Me from Hollywood” that Fishel wasn’t exactly friendly when she ran into her at a party.
Although Ward did not appear in the Disney spin-off “Girl Meets World,” the star said she was invited to a party on set and said Fishel “barely acknowledged her.”
“Danielle didn’t speak to me at all, which I thought was odd. She barely acknowledged I was there,” the former Disney star wrote.
“I hadn’t seen her since my marriage, but we had no ill feelings or bad blood.”
The now-adult movie star, 45, also speculated that the actress — who played Topanga Lawrence in “Boy Meets World” — wasn’t too keen on sharing the spotlight with other female colleagues from the “Girl Meets World” spin-off, which featured three stars. seasons was broadcast.
“I don’t know if this is true, but it was rumored that she didn’t want any of the past female cast members to share the screen with her,” the Bold and the Beautiful star wrote.
She went on to say that Fishel’s reservations about the female co-stars explain why her character “would never interact with Trina [McGee’s character] when Trina [McGee] appeared on the show.”
Ward also said that Fishel “didn’t like me appearing on set.”
Ward’s new memoir, released on Tuesday, September 6, details a slew of experiences the actress encountered in Hollywood, as well as her rise in the adult film industry.
The actress also revealed that she had to try on lingerie for the producers of “Boy Meets World” during her time on the show.
Ward came out in 2019 about her transition into the porn industry.
