Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen both squat in Miami in front of Hurricane Ian, but a source tells Vidak For Congress the couple are living in separate houses amid their marital troubles.
Brady and his NFL team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, left Tampa earlier this week as the storm made its way into the city.
We’re told that Bündchen, 42 – who was recently spotted with her daughter in New York City – is also back in Miami.
A source tells us she’s staying in a house the couple rented while the 2020 mansion they bought on Indian Creek Island, also known as “Billionaire’s Bunker,” is being renovated.
And despite reports that the couple has reunited, Brady isn’t staying at her house. It is unclear where the quarterback has holed up.
On Monday, Brady, 45, talked about packing their Tampa home for the hurricane on his SiriusXM radio podcast, “Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.”
“I don’t think anyone is really prepared for this,” he said. “I know I prepared all morning and got all my stuff [that I keep] outside, try to put it inside, try to get all the stuff on the floor a little bit higher.”
“I’m on the bay here, so they’re talking about pretty high storm surges and it’s scary,” he said. “I’ll say it’s scary when it actually falls on your doormat.”
The couple shares Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, plus Jack, 15, who is Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan. The kids are in Miami too. The kids attended Sunday’s Buccaneers game.
Vidak For Congress reported exclusively in September that Bundchen and Brady had gotten into an “epic row” over Brady’s decision not to retire from the NFL — and that she had left their Tampa, Florida home for Costa Rica.
Another source recently told Vidak For Congress, “Tom and Gisele have been struggling lately to make their marriage work and have drifted apart.”
