Tamra Judge Responds To Taylor Armstrong’s ‘RHOC’ Casting

Tamra Judge shared her excitement at the news that Taylor Armstrong will also be competing in Season 17 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”

“Not only am I returning to #RHOC for season 17, but my girl @TaylorArmstrong is joining me for the ride,” Judge, 54, tweeted monday. “Double trouble coming your way.”

Armstrong then retweeted Judgewriting, “Here we are gooooo!!!!”

Bravo announced earlier Monday that Armstrong, 51, will make history as the first-ever “Housewife” to change cities within the franchise.

“We’ve had ENOUGH not to have Taylor Armstrong on our screens… she officially joins the cast of #RHOC for Season 17!” the network wrote in an Instagram post, encouraging fans to express their excitement as well. “Drop one to welcome her to the OC .”

Armstrong moved to Orange County, California after marrying John Bluher in April 2014.

She was part of the original cast of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and had a diamond for three seasons from 2010 to 2013.

The author of “Hiding From Reality” built a friendship with Judge during her comeback to reality TV on “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club,” which recently aired on Peacock.

Vidak For Congress made the exclusive announcement in July that the co-host of the podcast ‘Two Ts in a Pod’ will return to ‘RHOC’. She was previously fired in January 2020 after 11 consecutive seasons on the show.

“Tamra is excited to be coming back to the show, especially after feeling the love of the fans from her stint on ‘Ultimate Girls Trip,'” a source told us at the time.

“She can’t wait to get back into the mix on ‘RHOC’ and see how she can shake up the dynamics.”

Heather Dubrow, who also made history when she rejoined the cast after a five-season hiatus, will also be shooting the next episode of “Orange County.” Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson will also continue to star in the first series “Housewives,” which premiered in 2006.

In early July, it was revealed that season 16 newcomers Noella Bergener and Dr. Jen Armstrong would not return to the show.

Production for season 17 of “RHOC” is currently underway. A full cast or premiere date has yet to be announced.
