Sylvester Stallone’s bank account could take a big hit soon.
The “Rocky” star and his estranged wife, Jennifer Flavin, reportedly didn’t sign a prenup before their 1997 marriage, leaving a nice chunk of change up for grabs.
Stallone, 75, has an estimated net worth of $400 million, according to celebritynetworth.com.
Florida court records reviewed by Vidak For Congress show that a reduction order was filed on Wednesday, seeking to temporarily suspend legal proceedings in this case.
However, the divorce is still going as planned — the injunction has just been filed to keep the negotiations private, sources told TMZ on Thursday.
“The parties agree that it is in the best interests of each of them individually, and especially collectively as a family, to resolve all issues associated with the dissolution of their marriage out of court in a dignified, amicable and personal manner. unloading,” it says in the documents, according to the point of sale.
Representatives and attorneys did not immediately return Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
Flavin, 54, filed for divorce in August after 25 years of marriage.
Court documents previously obtained by Vidak For Congress stated that the founder of Serious Skincare requested that the assets accrued during the marriage be “distributed equitably.”
She also asked to be “compensated and made well” by receiving more money than Stallone from the estate.
Flavin claimed in the documents that her estranged husband had alleged “engaged in the willful squandering, depletion and/or wasting of marital property.”
A source familiar with the case denied that allegation to Vidak For Congress, telling us: “It’s so ridiculous, I have no idea why Jennifer’s lawyers put this in the divorce petition, it’s just a pure lie. Sly hasn’t sold as much as a T-shirt yet!”
Stallone and Flavin, who share daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, reportedly had a big argument over a dog and that led to their split.
A Stallone representative – who denied the dog claims – told Vidak For Congress after the news broke: “I love my family. We are addressing these personal issues amicably and privately.”
Earlier this week, just days after hiding a second tattoo dedicated to Flavin, Stallone posted photos with her, simply writing, “Amazing….”
