If Nick Cannon were a gambler, he’d even bet on himself.
The comedian said it’s “safe to bet” he will father at least three more children this year as he anticipates the arrival of his eighth child.
Speaking on “Entertainment Tonight” Thursday, Cannon didn’t shy away from talking about potentially expanding his ever-growing brood.
“That would take all the fun out of it if I gave you a song right now,” he told host Nischelle Turner.
Turner did some quick math and noticed how model Bre Tiesi is pregnant with Cannon’s eighth child at the same time as Abby De La Rosa, the mother of Cannon’s twins.
However, De La Rosa has not yet confirmed who the father of her unborn baby is.
After examining Cannon, Turner suggested it could be his child.
“You’d be close,” he replied. “You could safely bet on three [more children] in 2022.”
Cannon previously teased his baby plans when he said “the stork is on the way” in last month’s interview on Angela Yee’s “Lip Service” podcast.
The host of “Masked Singer” is already father to 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, who he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey, as well as 5-year-old son Golden “Sagon” and 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany bell.
He also shares 1-year-old twins, Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, with De La Rosa.
Cannon and Alyssa Scott were also parents to a son named Zen, who died in December 2021 at 5 months old after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
The latest pregnancy serves as an added surprise, as Cannon said in October that he was trying to remain celibate until 2022 — a goal he definitely didn’t seem to achieve.
