Realme is preparing to launch new devices in China on May 10th. The incoming devices are smartphones from the Realme 11 series, and the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro TWS earbuds are rumored to debut alongside the phones. Last month, we reported on the potential appearance of the Buds Air 5 Pro. Now, a new allegation featuring a live image of the earbuds has emerged.
Realme Buds Air 5 Pro has a familiar design
TheTechOutlook has published images of the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro in real-time. The image depicts the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro in the color white. According to reports, the earbuds will also be available in black and nature green. The new earbuds have a similar design to the presently available Realme Buds Air 3 Pro, as well as a similar capsule-shaped charging case with an LED charging light.
Although the features of the forthcoming earbuds have not been disclosed, their battery specifications have been disclosed on the FCC website for certification. According to the listing, the charging case is expected to include a 460mAh battery cell, while each earbud is expected to be equipped with a 60mAh battery.
On a complete charge, it is anticipated that the earbuds will provide at least 24 hours of use. To get a sense of its other specifications, let’s examine its predecessor.
Specs for Realme Buds Air 3
The Realme Buds Air 3 was released in February 2022 and featured a potent set of 10mm dynamic drivers with a liquid crystal polymer diaphragm to produce crisp vocals and punchy bass. In addition to Dolby Audio support and audio tuning customization options, this device features Active Noise Cancellation capabilities that can reduce ambient noise by up to 42dB.
The earbuds can deliver up to 5.5 hours of battery life in normal mode, which can be extended to 30 hours with the charging case. However, enabling ANC reduces the total battery life to approximately 22 hours. In addition to its remarkable battery life, the Buds Air 3 includes features such as an 88ms low latency mode for gaming, transparency mode, dual device connection, touch controls for calls and media, and IPX5 resistance to sweat and splashes.
