The “Like a Virgin” singer stunned in a blue and white maxi dress with her bleached blonde locks styled in loose waves.
She accessorized with stacked silver necklaces, a blue hat and matching blue pumps.
Elsewhere in the clip, Madonna flipped in her floral sundress before getting into the car with her manager, Guy Oseary, and other friends.
It comes a day after she shared a photo to celebrate the birthday of a colleague Leo: her oldest son, Rocco.
The singer took to Instagram on Monday, offering fans a peek at his lavish 22nd birthday celebration in Italy.
“From one Leo to another!! Happy Birthday Rocco,” the “Material Girl” singer captioned a series of photos showing her celebrating the son she shares with ex Guy Ritchie.
Several of Rocco’s relatives were present when he cut his birthday cake: an intricate brown briefcase decorated with the initials “RC” in gold enamel.
The ‘Vogue’ topper shone for the occasion in a silk floral midi dress and completed the look with a silver cross necklace.
Her children Mercy, 16, and twins Estere and Stella, 9, also rocked floral dresses, while her son, David, 16, opted for a classic button-down and pants.
