One of the lawyers involved in the many pending lawsuits against Erika Jayne has bizarrely announced that he is trying to buy her and Tom Girardi’s former home.
Ronald Richards — the former trustee of Girardi’s bankruptcy case and current attorney in a $5 million fraud case against Jayne — announced on Instagram Wednesday that he and his wife Lauren Boyette-Richards are making a $6.9 million offer for the Pasadena, California estate. have done.
Ronald joked that he hopes “to have” [Jayne’s] impeachment there along with other players in the case” and wants his “followers” to “see how the victims’ money was spent” by the star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and her estranged husband.
“We will also be using it for a public forum on first-change activities, something that Erika and her legal team are strongly against,” he claimed. “They want secret hearings and trials, not public scrutiny.”
Jayne – who has a history of getting into a fight on social media with the Twitter Happy Lawyer — responded to the post: “Uhhh how are you going to get this ‘museum’ past the HOA? I think they like their privacy.”
“I knew you and your wife were SUPER FANS…. This really confirms it,” Jayne wrote to Ronald in another comment before asking Lauren, “Does it bother you that your husband is obsessed with me?”
Lauren replied that Jayne should not ‘flatter’ himself, claiming that the two have ‘never seen the show’, while Ronald insisted he was just ‘a fan of justice’!
“I’m still trying to help the victims. They won’t stop until they get everything they owe,” he added on his Instagram story.
Earlier this week, Lauren leaked alleged DMs from Jayne urging her to “stay out of her legal trouble” and “be careful” because Ronald would quickly “turn on” her.
‘Why do you think he would ‘turn on me’? He doesn’t look like Tom at all…” Lauren replied, to which Jayne reportedly replied, “Lauren, he’s Tom.”
“Why would someone attack my husband and then pretend to be concerned?” Ronald tweeted in response to his wife’s posts, probably referring to: a previous alleged Instagram comment from Jayne’s account which read: “Lauren, get back on all fours and take it in the ass of that beast you married .”
As for the Pasadena Palace in question, Richards told his Instagram followers that the property would be “cleaned up and liquidated after the proceeds of the estate are paid out”.
“We are hopeful that there will be no further delays in the sale of this deteriorating asset that is being eroded on a monthly basis,” he wrote. “Let’s finally make a deal.”
Some Instagram users found the offer ‘unethical’ [Richards’] involvement’, while others praised it as a ‘gangster-like move ‘.
And a few — maybe fans of the dramatic Bravo reality show — said things like, “😂😂😂😂 you’re so messy.”

Girardi’s old home — which he bought in 1980 for $1.3 million — had previously been repossessed by the bank because the disgraced former attorney had little to no assets left. As for Jayne, she continues to deny having any knowledge of Girardi’s alleged misdeeds and refused to cough up money, belongings and information.
