“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s daughter Ariana has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
The 20-year-old influencer has since denied the allegations after she was taken to the Forsyth County Jail in Georgia on Saturday morning with her boyfriend Hudson McLeroy.
Documents obtained by People reveal that the couple was arrested around 1 a.m. and subsequently charged with various crimes.
Ariana was slammed with charges of drink driving, incorrect/irregular lane change and underage possession/purchase of alcohol. She has since been released on a $5120 bond.
McLeroy, 20, was also arrested for an alleged DUI along with allegedly providing alcohol to a minor and violating the terms of his restricted driver’s license, the outlet reports.
Vidak For Congress has contacted the police, along with representatives of Ariana.
Her attorney, Justin Spizman of law firm Hawkins Spizman, denied the allegations in a statement to the magazine.
“Ariana was involved in a small fender bender. When the police arrived on the scene, the investigating officer immediately launched an investigation into DUI,” said the lawyer.
“Despite Ariana’s constant swearing that she was upset and anxious about the minor accident, the officer erroneously concluded that she had consumed alcohol. That was not the case. She completely denies these allegations and plans to challenge these allegations because she is not guilty of them.”
The “Don’t Be Tardy” alum started dating her boyfriend in high school and shared a sweet photo of them attending their homecoming dance in October 2018, when she was just 16.
Her proud mom jumped into the comment section at the time, writing: “Where does the time go?? My angel @arianabiermann is going to Homecoming with @hudson.mcleroy. Aren’t they the cutest!!?! They’re only hours apart and Both are turning 17 this week!!”
While the pair have dated each other occasionally over the years, fans believe they are currently back together after she shared a photo of herself kissing someone last month.
“A glimpse of us,” she wrote in the caption.
Zolciak shares Ariana with Daniel Toce, whom she was married to from 2001 to 2003, but she was legally adopted in 2013 by her stepfather, Kroy Biermann.
The “RHOA” alum was a single mom to Ariana and her big sister Brielle when she met the former NFL star.
The couple have since welcomed four children together: Kroy Jr., Kash and twins Kaia and Kane.
