Khloé Kardashian’s siblings drew attention to her weight loss during Tristan Thompson’s cheating and shared their concerns about her “very skinny” figure.
Kim Kardashian was the first of the Good American co-creator’s siblings to notice her sister’s look in Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”
“You look very skinny,” said Kim, 41, adding that Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner had expressed the same thought.
“Not that I’m trying to take them out, but they texted me saying they were a little concerned about you because you’re very skinny,” explains the creator of KKW Beauty.
Khloé, 38, seemed happy about her relatives’ concerns.
The Hulu personality placed a hand on her chest, smiled and kicked her leg in the air and asked, “What? … Kendall said it? The model?”
Kim replied, “I said, ‘I think she’s a little stressed out.’ … I said, ‘You have absolutely every right to worry, but I’m telling you, she’s fine.’”
Later in the episode, Kendall, 26, directly commented on Khloé’s weight as he greeted her with a hug.
“You look so thin,” the model said, complimentingly. “You feel so skinny.”
Khloé replied, “Oh my god, you’re so skinny.”
The scene aired a day after the reality star made headlines for calling herself “such a fat one” for eating two of Kourtney Kardashian’s Lemme gummy vitamins.
In addition to Khloé’s figure, Kim also expressed concerns on Thursday that the “Celebrity Apprentice” alum has held onto “so much” as a “defense mechanism” as he heals from Thompson’s paternity scandal.
Khloé agreed, saying, “I just have nothing else to give, no f–ks. When people say, “You’re so strong,” I say, “I don’t know if I’m strong. I’m literally just numb to all this s–t.’”
Thompson and the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum were expecting their second child together, a boy, when news broke in December 2021 that the athlete had fathered a son with Maralee Nichols.
The on-and-off couple then ended their relationship.
In July, the exes’ son arrived and joined their 4-year-old daughter True. The Surrogate Birth aired on the September 22 episode of “The Kardashians.”
When the show started on Thursday, Khloé revealed that Thompson got down on one knee a year before the scandal — and she turned down his proposal.
“I’m proud to say I’m engaged to everyone,” explained the former X Factor host. “I said, ‘I don’t feel comfortable accepting this now because I’m not excited to tell my family.'”
