Kelly Dodd gives Patti Stanger a run for her money.
Vicki Gunvalson revealed to Vidak For Congress exclusively that she and her boyfriend, Michael, owe her former “Real Housewives of Orange County” co-star for their relationship.
“That was a blessing,” Gunvalson, 60, told us Saturday at Jill Zarin’s luxury lunch in Southampton. “Kelly Dodd introduced us.”
Looking back on her broken engagement to ex Steve Lodge, Gunvalson admitted she was “heartbroken” for “remaining committed” in her relationships.
And then, four months later, Kelly asked me what I was doing for dinner, [and I] meet her and rick [Leventhal] in Newport, and I did,” she continued, referring to Dodd’s husband.
“This incredible man sat next to me and he said, ‘You never called me back seven years ago.’ I gave him my number, and I said, ‘I don’t remember you,’ and he said, ‘Yeah, we talked and we went to Fleming’s.’”
Luckily for the ‘OG of the OC’, Michael forgave her, and the two have been ‘inseparable’ ever since.
“He’s, like, my man, so with every bad thing that happens out there… there’s always going to be something to follow. I do believe I manifested him.”
The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” star added that she made a list of 18 things she needed in a future partner, and her beau has them all minus one: he doesn’t have a boat.
When asked about a future together, Gunvalson remained optimistic because she’s “not a date.”
The Bravolebrity went Instagram official with her boo back in March as she celebrated her 60th birthday with him and her close friends in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Last month, Gunvalson traveled home to Illinois to introduce her family to Michael, and she said it was “incredible.”
“My grandsons Troy and Owen called him ‘the big man’ and asked him to go to their baseball games last night, to the movies and even to play cards with them,” she told us at the time. “My heart is full and it couldn’t have gone better.”
The twice-divorced reality star has two children: Mike Wolfsmith Jr., 37, and Briana Culberson, 35.
