Jon Hamm is “very much” in love with his girlfriend Anna Osceola and wedding bells may ring in the future.
In a new interview, the ‘Mad Men’ star said he’s been working on himself and that Osceola has helped him, making the relationship “even more meaningful and opening up the possibility for things like getting married, having kids, you know the defining a new version of happiness, life, well-being.”
Hamm added, speaking to Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show Monday: “All that stuff that sounds hokey and whatever, but it’s real and, in a better word, it’s what I work for. What could be different from that.”
The actor said he and Osceola’s love life has been an integral part of the “working on” process. [himself]’ and ‘unwrapping’ the trauma of losing his mother when he was only 10 years old.
Hamm said the loss of his mother has blocked his “emotional accessibility, availability and vulnerability.”
Stern then asked the actor if he is in love with Osceola, to which he replied, “I am very much.”
“It’s good and comfortable and it’s a feeling of taking care of someone else and being looked after,” Hamm said of their relationship, adding that he “could certainly see” that he would spend the rest of his life with her.
Hamm, 51, and Osceola, 34, made their red carpet debut as a couple in March when they posed for photographers at the Mercedes-Benz Academy Awards viewing party, followed by the annual Vanity Fair afterparty.
Although they have kept their relationship relatively private, the lovebirds were spotted with serious PDA in September 2021 while on vacation in Italy.
They were also spotted on a beach day in Santa Barbara, California, in September 2020.
Osceola met the actor in 2014 on the set of “Mad Men”, where she appeared as the character Clementine in the series finale. But they wouldn’t be romantically linked until six years later, when rumors of romance started circulating in early 2020.
Hamm was previously in a long-term relationship with actress and screenwriter Jennifer Westfeldt from 1997 to 2015. The exes announced their breakup in a joint statement, pledging to “continue to support each other in every way possible in the future.”
