Joan Collins treats a pinched nerve in her leg like Alexis Colby would in “Dynasty”: by relaxing in her holiday home in the South of France.
A friend of the nighttime soap opera legend told Vidak For Congress that Collins was “taken to a hospital in Monte Carlo” this week for the pinched nerve and now, “she’s back home in St. Tropez and walking around,” they said. .
“She’s 89 and still walks around in 6-inch heels,” she added.
Collins posted a photo to Instagram of a yacht “enjoying a great day out a week before I had to go to Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco for a pinched nerve in my leg,” she wrote.
“Not fun! But they were great,” she said of the hospital.
A representative from Collins also confirmed the news, but told us everything is fine.
“The pain was excruciating, but luckily she’s worked through it and is fine now. She’s in the south of France enjoying the rest of her vacation,” they said.
The rep insisted she’s “recovering and doing well,” but insisted, “those pinched nerves are brutal. It’s the most painful thing there is.”
As for Collins’ signature heels?
“Right now, this won’t hinder her fashion at all. It’s good,” they said.
As we all know, glamor is the most important thing for Dame Collins. In 2019, she shouted out her hatred of jeans to Vogue, telling the fashion bible: “I really hope people will spend more money on clothes because nobody dresses up anymore… Everyone will end up in jeans and T-shirts, which I’m sad about. find”
