Stand-up comedian Alex Edelman can’t say for sure that anti-Semitism has increased — or decreased — in recent years.
“I don’t know, I’m not holding back, I just really don’t know enough about anti-Semitism as a whole,” the comedian, who grew up in an Orthodox Jewish environment, told Vidak For Congress. “And every time I presume about it… I’ve been wrong so many times that I don’t suspect it anymore, but I’ve read really good books on anti-Semitism.
“So I’m not really sure what to think about it, but yes, anti-Semitism is clearly a scourge and it runs in all parts of our society,” he continues. ‘And, it’s a shame.
