Jewel’s tour bus was just “Standing” when it caught fire.
The “Intuition” singer showcased the aftermath of a terrifying fire that recently engulfed her bus in a video posted to TikTok on Sunday.
“We had a full bus fire. No one was injured,” she said in the video, which showed several photos of the burned-out vehicle.
Jewel, 48, said the fire started in a hotel parking lot on an “off day,” prompting a front desk worker to call the bus driver and firefighters.
“Everyone is safe,” she said, adding, “We saved the vintage guitar and guitar amp.”
The Grammy nominee also thanked the firefighters and first responders, as well as her bus driver, calling him a “hero for saving the vintage gear.”
“That’s all right, all right, but what about this bull-t?” she closed the video.
Jewel included photos of the exterior of the bus that looked ruined with shattered windows, as well as the scorched interior, where the seats were scorched and only a few items of clothing appeared to remain intact.
Several people flooded the comment section of the singer’s TikTok video to share their thoughts on the incident, including the bus driver’s daughter.

Jewel replied, “He’s such a great guy!!!! The band loves him!”
A fan asked, “😳 Omg! Glad everyone is okay. Was this the same bus that broke down in the middle of the night?” to which Jewel wrote back, “yup.”
Others shared how grateful they were that Jewel and her crew were safe.
“So thankful you’re all okay. I heard it on the news,” wrote one fan, while a second person agreed: “Oh no!! So glad you weren’t there!!”
