The “Open Book” author – who shares children Maxwell, 10, Ace, 9, and Birdie, 3, with husband Eric Johnson – previously revealed in a “Today” show interview that she threw out her scale after years of fluctuating weight and body. image problems.

After she threw the scales, Simpson said she learned to love her body at every size.
“I always celebrate my body. The fact that it has made children is unreal,” she said of her three children, “but you never think you’ll ever fit into things again. It’s crazy. A woman’s body is phenomenal at what it can do.”
