Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian spent their Fourth of July in the sun after the Blink-182 drummer was released from the hospital.
Barker, 46, posted an Instagram Story photo of a beach and a photo of an orange pickup truck on Monday.
The 43-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” did the same, also sharing a video driving the vehicle with daughter Penelope, 9 and son Reign, 7, as they listened to Bruno Mars’ “Grenade.”
The rocker appeared to be driving the car, with Kardashian glimpsing his black shoe on the accelerator before heading to her own pair of Converse sneakers.
The couple’s social media uploads came a week after Barker was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
While the Grammy nominee’s relatives asked for “prayers” during his hospitalization with pancreatitis, he and Kardashian waited until Saturday to break their silence about his health fears.
“I went for an endoscopy on Monday and felt great,” Barker wrote via Instagram Stories at the time. “But after eating I got excruciating pain and I’ve been hospitalized ever since.
“During the endoscopy, a very small polyp was removed right in a very sensitive area usually treated by specialists, unfortunately damaging a critical pancreatic drainage tube,” he continued, calling himself “very grateful” for the treatment he received. .
“I’m much better right now,” concluded the “Meet the Barkers” alum.
Kardashian also reflected on the “scary and emotional” experience in an Instagram Story upload of his own.
“Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change,” the creator of Poosh told her followers on Saturday. “I’m so thankful to God for healing my husband.”
Two days earlier, Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, shared her good wishes for her ex-partner.
