Hilaria Baldwin reflected on Instagram about the “wear and tear” she feels during the third trimester of her pregnancy.
The yoga instructor, 38, is expecting her seventh child with husband Alec Baldwin, 64, and has documented her pregnancy journey on social media.
In a 27-second video shared on Thursday, the doting mother can be seen doing exercises at home in high-heeled boots.
“As I enter the last trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down,” she captioned the clip. “I love exercising while pregnant and am grateful that my pregnancies have allowed me to be active.”
“We all know that every pregnancy is different and we have to leave a lot of control over nature and listen to what our reality is. Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I definitely feel,” she added.
Despite the challenges, Hilaria admitted that she is grateful to have gone through another pregnancy after two miscarriages in 2019.
“Respect the slowing down of the process and then increase the slow speed again after the baby. The expansion and contraction of the body. How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life story,” she added.
Hilaria previously said her previous miscarriages played a part in her wishing to keep the baby’s gender private at first.
The Baldwins faced a serious scandal last year when Alec was named in a culpable homicide lawsuit filed in February by the family of Halyna Hutchins, the cameraman killed in an on-set shooting.
The “30 Rock” alum is accused of firing the single bullet that killed Hutchins on the set of the western film “Rest” on Oct. 21.
The actor has fought back tears in an interview since the shooting, claiming that he had no idea the gun had real bullets and that he “didn’t pull the trigger”.
The investigation into Hutchins’ death is still ongoing.
