The apple has fallen far from the tree this time.
Police have stopped a rowdy party in the Hamptons, where Gwyneth Paltrow’s eldest child, Apple Martin, was thrown.
A source tells Vidak For Congress exclusively that on August 13, the angelic 18-year-old invited about 50 friends to her mother’s sprawling estate in Amagansett.
The rager became so noisy that several neighbors called the police, who ended the festivities and allegedly fined Martin.
“Apple invited too many friends to her mother’s house, and it got out of hand,” the source said.
“They were partying like rock stars and making so much noise that several neighbors became enraged and called the police, who stopped the party.
“Staff from the municipal secretary was also present to see if the party was a violation of the code. You are not allowed to have more than 50 people at a meeting in the area without a permit.”
Paltrow – who has built an empire based on clean and healthy living – and her husband, Brad Falchuk, were not at the property at the time. Her representative did not comment.
A spokesman for the East Hampton Town Ordinance Enforcement Department, which issues permits for events in the area, confirmed to Vidak For Congress: “We went to [Paltrow’s] house after complaints about noise pollution.
“When we got there, we found there were less than 50 people, so they were within code. If anyone got a ticket, it would be from the police.”
East Hampton Police did not comment.
Martin – whose father is Coldplay superstar Chris Martin – turned 18 in May. The exes also share a son, Moses, who is 16.
Paltrow, 49, celebrated Apple’s birthday by writing on Instagram at the time: “I’m a bit of a loss for words this morning (😭). I couldn’t be more proud of the woman you are.
“You are everything I could have dreamed of and more. Pride doesn’t cover it, my heart swells with feelings I can’t put into words.”
The founder of Goop continued, “You are extremely extraordinary in every way. Happy Birthday my sweet girl. I hope you know how special you are and how much light you have brought to all who are lucky enough to know you.
“Especially Me. I say it all the time and I’ll never stop… in Aunt Drew’s words, I was born the day you were born. I love you. ❤️ Mom.”
Earlier this month, Paltrow and her similar-looking daughter spent time together in New York City.
The pair headed for facials, ate vegan Chinese food and dined at celebrity hotspot Via Carota.
