Paparazzi captured Gary Busey on Saturday pulling his pants down in a California public park, a day after he was charged with sex crimes.
In the video, the 78-year-old actor is seen sitting on a bench in Point Dume Park in Malibu with his black sweatpants on his knees as he looks around with a huge smile on his face.
His hands seem to be crossed over his legs, and then he proceeds to unbutton his pants so he can pull them up properly.
It’s unclear why Busey dropped his pants, but it’s not the first time he’s done so in public.
The “Point Break” star appeared in the 2014 UK version of “Celebrity Big Brother” and got into an argument with several roommates for taking his pants off there.
In a clip of the incident, British TV personality Dee Kelly could be heard yelling, “That’s not natural. That is not true.”
Ballroom dancer Jordan James then confronted Busey—because he wasn’t wearing any underwear at the time—to which the “Buddy Holly Story” star replied, “I know.”
Busey explained, “If my knee pops out to the side, I’ll sit down and fasten the knee. You didn’t go to the doctor. You didn’t have a bad knee.”
In Saturday’s paparazzi video, the “Under Seige” actor doesn’t appear to be adjusting his knee, but we couldn’t confirm if he had a similar problem. His representatives have not returned multiple requests for comment.
Busey’s inappropriate antics stem from claims that he groped two people earlier this month at a “Monster-Mania” convention in Cherry Hill, NJ.
On Friday, the “Celebrity Apprentice” alum was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt/criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment as a result of the allegations.
It is also unknown if Busey’s actions stem from psychological problems after a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 1988.
According to a 2019 Hollywood Reporter profile, the “Predator 2” actor suffered severe damage to the frontal lobe of his brain as a result of the accident, making him “more impulsive and prone to anger and grandiosity.”
“The version of him after the accident put his personality at 11,” Busey’s eldest son, Jake, said at the time. “It feels like I lost my father on December 4, 1988.”
