FBI not expecting to reopen Brad Pitt case after shock report

The FBI is not expected to reopen the investigation into Brad Pitt after an explosive report came out this week, a friend of the actor said.

“The statute of limitations is way past and they have all the information to hand. There is nothing new here. At the time, they considered all of Angelina’s allegations and did not press charges,” the source said.

“The FBI has thoroughly investigated the incident, there is no chance they will reopen the case. This is all a concerted effort to defame Brad.”

An FBI spokesperson said he could not comment on the matter.

The friend pointed out that even though Jolie shared the same details from the FBI report in her ongoing custody battle against Pitt, a judge still gave Pitt 50/50 custody of their children.

After taking another look, the FBI announced that they will not reopen a case against Pitt. Ex Jolie tried to limit the exposure of their children with him.

The friend told Vidak For Congress that Jolie referred the star’s alleged actions on the plane to the judge overseeing their custody case.

The friend said: “Angelina’s allegations were made in at least two different legal contexts: the incident on the plane and then again during a lengthy custody process. In one case, no charges were filed and in another case Brad was given 50/50 custody.”
