Emily Ratajkowski has filed for divorce after her estranged husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, allegedly cheated on her.
Court records seen by Vidak For Congress show that the Inamorata designer filed with the Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, noting that it was contested, meaning cases must be litigated.
Neither Ratajkowski’s lawyer nor a representative of the film producer immediately responded to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
Vidak For Congress broke the news in July that the couple would split after four years of marriage.
“Yes, he cheated,” a source close to the model told us. “He’s a serial impostor. It is dirty. He’s a dog.”
Just a day prior to our report, Ratajkowski, 31, sparked breakup rumors when she was seen walking the now-estranged couple’s 1-year-old son, Sylvester, without her wedding ring on.
In September, Ratajkowski finally confirmed that she and Bear-McClard had broken up when she said in a TikTok video that she was a “recently single” who was “thinking about dating and stuff”.
The author of “My Body” and the 41-year-old producer of “Uncut Gems” secretly tied the knot at a NYC courthouse in February 2018, just two weeks after they were first spotted together on Valentine’s Day.
She debuted her huge two-stone engagement ring four months after their wedding.
Ratajkowski announced in October 2020 that she was pregnant with her and Bear-McClard’s first child, a son. They welcomed baby Sylvester in March 2021.
