Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt are not against a bigger brood.
The “Gift of Forgiveness” author told Us Weekly on Thursday that she loves “the idea of having lots of kids around and a big family.”
Schwarzenegger – who shares daughters Lyla, 2, and Eloise, 4 months, with Pratt – continued: “Whatever God has in His plan for us is what we will do.”
The 32-year-old credited her parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, who have four children of their own, with giving her an example of “a big family.”
While raising her little ones — as well as Pratt and his ex-wife Anna Faris’s 10-year-old son, Jack — Katherine often looks up to Shriver, 66, as an “amazing role model.”
She explained: “I feel really lucky… just to be able to see how she balances everything. Just learning from her, being able to bounce things off her.”
Katherine and Pratt, 43, married in June 2019, and the “Parks and Recreation” alum spoke about their family plans before the California ceremony.
When asked about his ideal “future” in an “Entertainment Tonight” interview in January 2019, Pratt replied, “Lots of kids. Maybe spend less time working, more time enjoying life.”
After he tied the knot and welcomed Lyla in August 2020, the actor told E! News that he would like to have more children.
“We’ll do as much as the man upstairs will give,” he said. “I’ll probably have to talk to Katherine about that, but my plan is, let’s go.”
Days before Eloise was born in May, Pratt joked to “Entertainment Tonight” that he can see himself having “dozens” of babies.
“He’s always wanted a big family,” Pratt’s Jurassic World: Dominion co-star Bryce Dallas Howard said at the time. “And I come from a big family, so I absolutely love that. I think that’s great for you.”
The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star has chosen to hide his kids’ faces on social media, with Katherine telling the co-hosts of the “Today” show in March 2021 that she wants Jack, Lyla and Eloise “having the gift of privacy”. ‘ and ‘bring up as normal as possible’.
That said, the author of “Rock What You’ve Got” has provided rare glimpses of her girls over the years.
