Christy Turlington is still on top form as the 53-year-old supermodel took to social media to show off her yoga skills while at the beach with the family.
In Friday’s post, Turlington shared a photo of herself balancing her body weight on her elbows while upside down. Despite the difficulty of the move, the beauty in her Athleta outfit smiles as she reflects on missed family vacations.
“What I’ve missed the most in the past two years has been our family trips to the East Coast,” the catwalk pro wrote at the carousel snapped. I knew I had to get my mom, sisters and niece involved – we had a great weekend connecting, reminiscing and enjoying being in the moment.”
The photos feature one of the Calvin Klein model with mom María Elizabeth Turlington walking next to her 5’10’ daughter. Turlington shared another photo with her mother a week earlier, captioning the sunset photo: “We found our golden light tonight, haven’t we, Mom?”
Famous friends were sure to comment on the photos, with actress Rita Wilson writing, “I can feel the love and energy!”
Model buddies like Helena Christensen and Amber Valletta also shared kind comments, while close friend Linda Evangelista added to the comment section, “♥️ This is LOVE.”
Evangelista and Turlington have been friends since the ’90s, with Turlington supporting her fellow fashionista after a botched surgery that reportedly left Evangelista “brutally disfigured”.
