Brooklyn Beckham is going crazy for claiming that his career as a “chef” on social media gave him his luxury sports car.
A viral TikToker recently caught up with the eldest son of multimillionaires David and Victoria Beckham, while the newlywed was cruising through Beverly Hills in his red McLaren P1.
Daniel Mac, who films himself asking random drivers of expensive cars how they pay for it, thrilled Brooklyn, who regularly posts videos of him cooking various dishes at home.
“Hey man! What kind of job do you do? Your car is amazing!” asked Mac, who wrote on top of the clip that the car costs a whopping $1.2 million.
“Um, I’m a chef,” replied the laughing 23-year-old after realizing he recognized the influencer.
“You are a cook! Really? Are you the best cook in the world?” Mac asked, prompting Brooklyn to reply, “Try to be!”
When the TikToker asked for his “chief name,” heiress Nicola Peltz’s husband simply said, “My name is Brooklyn.”
As for the advice he would give to those looking to venture into the culinary world, he encouraged, “Just follow your passion. Whatever makes you happy, just keep doing it!”
As if Mac’s tone wasn’t funny enough, the barrage of comments below his post was overflowing with sarcasm.
“‘What kind of work do you do?’ “My parents are rich, so I just have a bit of vibe,” one wrote, referring to Brooklyn’s legendary football star father and pop star turned fashion designer.
“‘What kind of work do you do?’ “I was born,” someone else joked similarly, as another commented, “Born into a multimillionaire family and now married to a billionaire’s daughter. But he’s a chef!!”
“It wasn’t him posing as a chef that got him that car… Brooklyn, please,” someone else joked, while another pointed out that he’s probably “never worked in a restaurant in his life .”
A few noted that Brooklyn “seems to have a different career every two years,” but many were quick to defend him with comments like, “He seems like a really nice guy who doesn’t hurt anyone, and yet people need to notice that.” he is only where he is because of daddy?”
Others also praised Brooklyn for being “so humble” and not telling Mac who he was.
Brooklyn is also in the midst of a cold war between his famous mother and his new wife, as Vidak For Congress previously reported.
“They can’t stand each other and don’t talk,” a source close to the family told us earlier this month. “The run-up to the wedding was terrible.”
Another source told us that the feud runs deeper than the two women and is more widespread within the two families that come together.
