There’s just too much divorce drama for Brad Pitt to handle.
Vidak For Congress recently reported that the superstar has been spotted with model Emily Ratajkowski, although they are not officially dating.
But we’ve now been told that he’s keeping their amicable relationship quiet – because he and the model are both in the midst of messy public breakups.
Brad has been quietly dating for the past few years. He worries that [Angelina] Jolie will do him harm to their children, more than she has already done, if he has a serious girlfriend,” a source said.
Pitt, 58, and Jolie, 47, split in 2016 and have since been embroiled in an ugly battle over leaked FBI records, domestic violence allegations, a bitter custody battle and, most recently, a $250 million lawsuit over their French winery.
Meanwhile, Ratajkowski, 31, has filed for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard amid reports of cheating. (Bear-McClard has not publicly commented on the allegations.)
So, says one source, “Bratajkowski” is “very casual” at the moment.
“Emily is a hot mom, but Brad knows she has a lot of drama with her divorce,” said an insider. “He’s had enough of his own drama.”
A source previously told us that the couple has hung out a few times, but Pitt is not seriously dating anyone.
“They’ve been seen together a few times,” said a source, adding that he’s also been “seen” with other people in recent months. They added: “Stay tuned.”
Ratajkowski filed for divorce this month. Vidak For Congress broke the news in July that the couple would split after four years of marriage.
Pitt and Jolie were declared single in 2019 and share six children: Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14.
The former couple is also currently embroiled in a complicated legal skirmish involving lawsuits over the property of Chateau Miraval.
Pitt claims that Jolie sold her shares in it to a subsidiary of the huge liquor company Stoli, without offering him the right to refuse. She claims he tried to “seize control” “in retaliation for the divorce and custody process.”
