Ben Affleck’s ex Lindsay Shookus is out on “Saturday Night Live,” Vidak For Congress is told.
Shookus, 42, has been with “SNL” since 2002 and rose through the ranks to producer.
As part of the show’s revamp for its upcoming 48th season, she was reportedly offered a new role but declined to take it.
A source said: “Lindsay has been with the show for 20 years, she has been a producer since 2012. They are rocking things.
“She was offered another job on the show, but she decided to move on.”
It is not yet known whether Shookus has already taken a new job elsewhere.
She made headlines when she had an on-again, off-again relationship with Affleck, 50, between 2017-2019. The couple eventually called it quits in April 2019.
She is a friend of stars, including Jon Hamm, and has been spotted partying with A-Rod.
Affleck is celebrating his recent marriage to Jennifer Lopez this week at a lavish bash at her Georgia estate. The Oscar winner was seen on Thursday with his new wife and children in Savannah ahead of the celebration.
Shookus was hired as an assistant to former “SNL” producer Marci Klein. She was responsible for finding new talent and booking musical guests and won six Emmy awards during her time on the show.
Representatives from Shookus and “SNL” were not available for comment.
