Bam Margera appeared to fall from the car after feeling himself out of rehab for the second time.
Video obtained by TMZ appears to show the former “Jackass” star passing out surrounded by a group of men before regaining consciousness.
The footage was filmed after he escaped his treatment center on June 25, and sources told TMZ that Margera went to a sports bar in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he had a few alcoholic drinks.
Margera, 42, then reportedly asked someone to take him to hospital for an injured wrist and asked the person who drove him to take a picture of him in the hospital bed.
After the impromptu trip to the medical center, Margera is said to have gone to a strip club where he asked the dancers to stay away from him because he loves his wife, Nicole Boyd, and 4-year-old son Phoenix.
The evening didn’t stop there, though, as the MTV alum went to a friend’s house to party, where the video was reportedly shot.
Margera was found on June 27 and faced an intervention that resulted in him agreeing to be taken to a new treatment facility. TMZ reported at the time that the intervention group had police officers and a crisis intervention team, including Margera’s father and mother, who conducted an intervention on the spot.
Margera was first reported missing after leaving a facility in Delray Beach without permission on June 13. He is said to have informed the center manager of his plans to leave the property so he could go to another rehab facility, but police were unable to locate him.
The “Bam’s Unholy Union” star was found safe on June 15 while hiding in a Florida hotel room.
