Ashley Graham embraced her post-pregnancy body by dancing in her underwear five months after giving birth to twins.
“I’m posting this video to all the moms who don’t have and may never ‘bounce back’ and to anyone who needs to be reminded that your body is beautiful in its truest form,” she captioned the video posted Wednesday, where she wrote: was seen trembling her hips and beating her own booty.
She continued: “This is my strong, two-year, five-month postpartum-pregnant-pregnant body. As is. hoping to further normalize ALL bodies at every stage of life.”
The Sports Illustrated model went makeup-free for the Instagram video, rocking a white bra with matching knickers from her new clothing collection with Knix. The line fell in May and has sizes XS to XXXXL++.
Several of her fans flooded the comments section, praising the model for showing off her postpartum figure.
“Yaaaasssss each of us at every stage is a Work. From. art. 🔥,” wrote one fan.
“Love you! Thanks for your encouragement and positivity! All bodies are beautiful 💕”, said a second person.
“I love this so much. Women’s bodies don’t have to ‘bounce back’; we are people, not trampolines!” a third agreed.
“You are a blessing to women everywhere,” added another.
Graham, 34, and husband Justin Ervin, 32, welcomed twins Malachi and Roman in January. They also share 2-year-old Issac, whom they welcomed in January 2020.
The model, who became the first plus-size woman to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated, is known for posting messages about hugging bodies of all shapes and sizes.
Last month, she posed naked in a campaign for Spanx, just four months after welcoming her twin boys.
She has also been a big proponent of destigmatizing the discussion on parenting topics such as breastfeeding and childbirth.
In May, she said she nearly died while giving birth to her twins as a result of “severe” hemorrhage.
She also shared a photo of herself breastfeeding her twins on social media, as well as a photo of stretch marks on her stomach.
