Tristan Thompson says he is “wiser” after welcoming his second child with Khloé Kardashian.
The Chicago Bulls power-forward shared his first photo since July 21, capping it with a message seemingly aimed at his critics.
“I never switched sides, I switched lanes. I got wiser and realized we’re not all built the same 🗣🗣👀 #DontTryMe,” he captioned the photo, standing against a stone wall in a floral shirt. wearing black pants and white sneakers.
His caption is similar to the lyrics of MP2K13’s song “Self Made”, which starts with “I never changed sides / I just changed lanes / Got older and realized / Everyone is not the same.”
The cryptic comment comes after he and the Good American co-founder’s surrogate gave birth to a baby boy. Vidak For Congress confirmed last month that the on-and-off couple were expecting a son seven months after their latest breakup.
“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” Kardashian’s representative told Vidak For Congress at the time. “We want to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”
Fans immediately questioned the surrogacy timeline and quickly concluded that the surrogacy was pregnant before Thompson’s Maralee Nichols scandal broke. The NBA player and Nichols welcomed a son on December 1.
The “Kardashians” star, 38, divorced Thompson, 31, when she found out about the affair, with a source telling us she hasn’t spoken to him outside of co-parenting their 4-year-old daughter, True.
